By accessing and using Casabon's platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
You must create an account to use certain features of our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. All properties must meet our quality and safety standards. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies. Pricing must be transparent and all fees clearly disclosed.
Bookings are subject to host approval and availability. Payment is required at the time of booking or as agreed. Bank transfer payments require proof of payment and are subject to verification. Cancellation policies vary by listing and must be followed.
• Daily Rentals: Full refund if cancelled 48 hours before check-in • Monthly Rentals: 50% refund if cancelled 14 days before start date • Yearly Rentals: Non-refundable after contract signing, subject to lease terms
Users may not: • Provide false or misleading information • Use the Service for illegal purposes • Harass or discriminate against other users • Circumvent our booking system • Post fraudulent listings • Violate intellectual property rights
